Jiaba Supper Club
I am one-half of Jiaba Supper Club, which is a 7-course intimate dinner run out of my kitchen and served in my basement for 8-10 guests per seating.
We founded Jiaba in September 2024 and serve a dinner roughly once per month. We've served more than 100 happy guests to this date!
We've done pop-ups in wine bars including Commune, Frog, Sunrise/Sunset, and others. We've had events in NYC, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
We've cohosted a seven-course meal arranged around tea at Ambrook in collaboration with Austin Aubry. We've also produced light bites for gallery showings at Accent Society.
